Original 1978 US one sheet film poster for Superman.

From the award winning director Richard Donner we have the first taste of our favourite flying super hero. Superman played by the BAFTA Award winning actor Christopher Reeve, is sent from his dying planet to Earth. Where he grows up to become his adoptive home's first and greatest superhero.



This is an original poster from the film's release, folded and printed on a glossy paper stock as you'd expect for this period. There is some wear / losses along the fold lines, some light creasing, slight discolouring at the edges and a tear in the top left hand side of the poster (please see photo).



It has been professionally framed using conservation grade backing paper and is ready to hang.



NOTE - our watermark is, obviously enough, not on the actual item.

Including the frame the poster measures 107cm high x 71.5cm wide x 2.5cm deep
